Michaela Palanova

Michaela Palanova has a diverse range of work experience in product design and UI/UX roles. Michaela is currently working at ESL FACEIT Group as a Lead Product Designer. Prior to that, they were a Lead Product Designer at Let's Do This, where they focused on strategic initiatives to drive customer growth and retention. Michaela also worked as the Head of Product Design at VAHA, overseeing a team and collaborating with various departments to shape the product vision. In addition, they held positions as a Senior Product Designer at Peanut and DAZN Group, contributing to app development and content discovery improvements. Earlier in their career, they worked as a UI Designer at Sky and a UX/UI Designer at Sprung Studios, working on various projects for well-known clients. Michaela began their career as a Freelance Digital Designer and also gained experience as a Junior Art Director at Young & Rubicam.

Michaela Palanova completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Multimedia Development at Robert Gordon University from 2010 to 2012. Michaela then pursued a Master of Science degree in User Experience design and Digital Media Production at the University of Brighton from 2012 to 2013.
