Michał Blicharz

Michał Blicharz has a diverse range of work experience in the esports industry. Michał currently serves as the VP of Product Development at ESL FACEIT Group [EFG]. Prior to this role, they held various positions at ESL, including VP of Pro Gaming, Managing Director of Pro Gaming, Director of Pro Gaming, and Product Manager of Intel Extreme Masters. Throughout their time at ESL, Michał was responsible for the management and development of Intel Extreme Masters, the world's oldest and most prestigious pro gaming tour. Michał also handled business negotiations with international partners, budget management, and event organization on multiple continents. Before their tenure at ESL, Michał worked as the Editor-in-Chief and Video Producer for SK Gaming, where they led a team of editors and produced media content for the pro gaming team. Michał also worked as the Publisher Relations Manager at Global Gaming League (GGL), producing media content and covering major esports events. Additionally, Michał has experience as a Judo coach and referee, as well as running ESReality.com, a community website covering professional gaming.

Michał Blicharz completed their education with a Master of Arts degree in English from Jagiellonian University in 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Akademia Świętokrzyska w Kielcach between 2003 and 2005. In 2002, they also attended the University of Warsaw, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in English.
