Michał Wiśniewski

Michał Wiśniewski has a diverse work experience in the esports industry. Michał currently holds the position of Director, Tournament Operations at ESL FACEIT Group [EFG] since 2022. Previously, they worked at ESL Gaming, where they held various significant roles such as Director, Tournament Administration EMEA in 2022, Head of Community HUB from 2019 to 2022, and Senior eSports Product Manager from 2017 to 2019. Michał also served as a Senior Community Manager for Poland and the Czech Republic & Slovakia. Prior to their work at ESL Gaming, they were the Country Manager of ESL Poland at Sporty Elektroniczne Sp. z o.o. from 2008 to 2010.

Michał Wiśniewski obtained a Bachelor's degree in Faculty of Management and Marketing from Kozminski University in 2011. Michał went on to earn a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the same university between 2011 and 2013.
