Ronald Pompa

Ronald Pompa has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ronald currently serves as the VP Product at ESL FACEIT Group, where they are responsible for leading the play proposition and experience on the competitive gaming and esports platform. Prior to this, they worked as an Investor & Advisor at Dealstack and as a Founding Investor at Greens Ventures. Ronald also had a significant role at FACEIT Ltd, where they were the VP Product and played a key role in building the largest competitive esports platform globally. Ronald also worked at Spotify, where they held various roles, including Product Manager for Connected TV and Third-Party Platform, as well as a Platform Partnership Manager. Lastly, Ronald co-founded Rocket Blast, a startup that specialized in marketing solutions using video game servers. As the Co-Founder & Chief Technical Officer, they were responsible for building the platform, tools, and e-commerce solution for the company.

Ronald Pompa earned a M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2006 to 2011.
