Viktor Rydbäck

Viktor Rydbäck has a diverse and extensive work experience in the media and gaming industry. Viktor is currently serving as the Director of Operations SE at ESL FACEIT Group [EFG], a role they started in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ESL Gaming as the VP of Product Management from 2021 to 2022.

From 2014 to 2021, Rydbäck held various positions at DreamHack AB, including Vice President of Esport and Partner Content, Director of Partner Services, Head of Broadcast, and Media Producer.

Before joining DreamHack AB, they worked as a TV Photographer at CMore in 2013, and as a Medieproducent at Prodz AB from 2010 to 2013. In 2012, they briefly served as a Studio Manager and Camera Operator for Amoks Studios.

Earlier in their career, Rydbäck worked as a Documentary Filmmaker at Jarnebrink Produktion AB in 2011, and as the Editor-in-chief / CEO at Lilja Media from 2008 to 2009. Viktor began their professional journey as an Art Director at Exxet Media & Event from 2006 to 2007.

Viktor Rydbäck attended the University of Skövde from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Kandidat degree in Dokumentär Medieproduktion. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2006, they attended John Bauer without completing any specific degree or field of study.
