Jorge Fernandes

Jorge Fernandes, CISSP, DPO, is currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer, Director of the Internal Control Office, and Data Protection Officer at CMVM. Additionally, Jorge holds the role of CMVM representative in the Joint Committee Sub-Committee on Digital Operational Resilience at ESMA. With a background in cybersecurity and data protection, Jorge has also been a Conference Speaker, a Member of Executive Cyber Exchange, and has held various roles at organizations such as the Council of Europe Development Bank and ESMA. Jorge has a certificate in Information Security from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a Licentiate degree in Computer Science from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa.
