Isabelle Alderbrant

Isabelle Alderbrant has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Sales Assistant at HusmanHagberg AB, where they assisted with customer contact and property viewings alongside their studies. In 2016, they were a Real Estate Agent at Fastighetsbyrån, responsible for brokering residential properties and managing relationships with banks and clients. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Researcher/Headhunter at Sharp Recruitment AB, specializing in recruiting lawyers for companies and law firms. Starting in 2018, Isabelle joined Academic Resource AB, initially as a Consultant Manager and Recruiter, responsible for staffing and recruitment within finance and economics. In this role, they managed client relationships, supervised consultants, and handled recruitment processes. Isabelle'smost recent position is as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Esmaeilzadeh Holding, a role they started in March 2022. In this capacity, Isabelle is involved in building teams of Investment and M&A professionals in the Nordics and Europe. Isabelle is also responsible for establishing the HR department from scratch, implementing recruitment processes, and introducing a new recruitment system.

From 2015 to 2016, they studied at the University of Gävle and obtained a degree in Fastighetsmäklare. Isabelle'scoursework included courses in Fastighetsrätt, Fastighetvärdering, Byggnadsteknik, and Fastighetsförmedling.

In 2014 to 2015, they participated in an exchange program at California State University - East Bay. During this time, they took courses in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Global supply management, and painting.

Between 2011 and 2014, they attended Linköping University and earned a Bachelor's degree in affärsjuridik (Business Law).

From 2008 to 2011, they studied at Östra Real and completed the Samhällsvetenskapsprogrammet program with a focus on juridik (Social Science program with a specialization in Law).
