James Jaggers has over 18 years of work experience in the engineering and asset management industry. James began their career in 2003 as a Project Manager at Mott MacDonald, where they were seconded into the Highways Agency to deliver asset data capture tasks and asset data management processes. In 2010, they joined Ricardo-AEA as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager, where they were responsible for configuring and implementing the Highways Agency Integrated Asset Management Information System (IAM IS) for the Area Commissions. In 2015, they moved to Bentley Systems as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager and Senior Professional Services Consultant. In their role as Product Manager, they were involved in the product vision and go-to-market strategies for AssetWise products. In 2022, they joined eSmart Systems as the Market Engagement and Solutions Engineering Lead Europe.

James Jaggers attended the University of Derby from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Marketing and a minor in Law.
