Abigail Douglas

Abigail Douglas has a diverse work experience in the field of Salesforce administration and management. Abigail started their career in 2012 as a Legal Salesforce Assistant at Workiva, where they gained experience in SEC Reporting Solution software. Abigail then worked as a Salesforce Administrator at Crop Pro Insurance Services, Inc. and MH Equipment Company, handling various tasks such as data import, package installation, and user support. In 2016, they joined ITA Group, Inc. as a Senior Salesforce Administrator, where they were responsible for daily administration and support of the Salesforce database. Abigail then worked at Vertex Software as a Team Lead, Salesforce Architecture, managing the overall direction of Salesforce and leading the development and implementation of Salesforce applications. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the Director of Salesforce Architecture and Development at Ferrellgas, overseeing the strategy and direction of the Salesforce Unlimited instance and leading development and architecture teams. Abigail also gained experience as the Senior Director of Corporate Applications at Cision, where they were responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the global practice, including the design and leadership of a Salesforce multi-org system. Most recently, they worked at Deel as the Global Revenue Operations Leader, focusing on business applications. Abigail's current position is as the Enterprise Director of Revenue Systems at ESO, where they utilize their expertise in revenue systems management.

Abigail Douglas completed their Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Des Moines Area Community College from 2013 to 2015. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Salesforce Administrator certification in August 2015, followed by the Salesforce Platform App Builder and Salesforce Advanced Administrator certifications in November 2017. Abigail then achieved the Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification in January 2018 and the Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification in September 2018. Continuing to enhance their skills, Abigail obtained the Salesforce User Experience Designer certification in October 2021. Abigail'smost recent certifications include the Salesforce Strategy Designer and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, which they obtained in July 2022.
