Becky Carrothers

Becky Carrothers has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Becky started their career at Interleaf Technology Ltd., where they prepared stock for RFID by adding tags to books in Queen's University McClay Library. Becky then worked at Sainsbury's as a customer service assistant, providing excellent service and performing stock management duties. In Concentrix Technologies, they served as a First Line Technical Support Engineer, providing IT support and managing a priority system. Becky also briefly worked as an HMRC IT Team Lead, where they managed a team of engineers and a helpdesk ticketing system. Becky later joined newcmi as an IT Professional and WF Risk Group as an IT Technician and later an IT Administrator. In these roles, they performed various IT-related tasks and responsibilities. Currently, they work at ESO as a Security Operations Analyst and previously held the position of IT Helpdesk Specialist.

Becky Carrothers has a strong educational background in the field of computing. Becky obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computing & Information Technology from Queen's University Belfast, which they completed between 2013 and 2017.
