Brent Townsend

Brent Townsend has extensive work experience in sales, business development, and customer service roles. Brent is currently the Director of Sales, Canada at ESO, a position they started in April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Business Development at ESO from June 2021 to April 2022. From 2015 to 2022, Brent worked at Medusa Medical Technologies, where they held various roles including Vice President Business Development North America and Director of Service Delivery. In these positions, they were responsible for engaging and satisfying customers, managing implementation activities, and overseeing professional services. Before joining Medusa Medical, Brent was the Senior Manager of Operations at STI Technologies Ltd. from 2011 to 2015. Brent managed a team providing logistics and customer service, developed strategic partnerships, and provided support to physicians, patients, and pharmacies. Prior to that, Brent worked at Medusa Medical Technologies as a Customer Service Manager, where they led a team in delivering technical support to EMS agencies and acted as a liaison between customers and the Medusa team. Brent also has experience as a Project Manager at AMPM Services Ltd. from 2006 to 2008, where they managed deployment projects for retail companies. Brent's early career included positions at ABM Integrated Solutions, where they held various roles including Technical Sales Support and Manager of Customer Support and Training.

Brent Townsend began their education in 1989 at Cape Breton University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in French. Brent completed their studies at this institution in 1995. Additionally, between 1992 and 1994, they attended Université Sainte-Anne. However, it is unknown whether they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study during their time at this institution.
