After that, Jeremiah worked at Cambia Health Solutions in multiple roles. Jeremiah started as a Customer Service Representative, consistently achieving high ratings and mentoring new hires. Jeremiah then became a Correspondence Ambassador, working on projects to improve accuracy and create reporting solutions. Later, they became the Intake and Correspondence Lead, supporting front-line employees and managing the department's letter writing system.

Jeremiah also has experience as a Software Development Contractor at Zeroarc, where they revamped technical documentation and updated a codebase. Jeremiah worked as a Software Engineer 1 and Software Tester at Emergency Reporting, leading quality assurance efforts and designing code for automated testing.
