Matthew Dickson

Matthew Dickson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Matthew most recently worked as a Software Development Engineer at ESO since October 2022. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer 2 at Symphony Talent from March 2020 to August 2022. Matthew also worked as a Software Developer at Insurance Office of America from October 2019 to March 2020. Earlier in their career, Matthew served as a Software Developer - Team Lead and Software Developer at Shearpoint NI from June 2016 to September 2019 and from June 2016 to June 2019, respectively. Matthew started their professional journey as a Sales Assistant at Faith Mission Bookshop from September 2012 to August 2019 and also gained leadership experience as a Leadership Staff member at Aldersgate Camp and Retreat Center in June 2013. In addition, they worked as a Senior Counselor at Aldersgate Camp and Retreat Center in June 2012.

Matthew Dickson completed their Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree in Post Primary Mathematics and Science from Stranmillis University College, Belfast, between 2010 and 2014. In 2014-2015, they pursued a Masters of Science degree in Software Development at Queen's University Belfast. Additionally, in November 2020, Matthew obtained the Microsoft Technology Associate certification in Software Development Fundamentals from Microsoft.
