Caroline Brown Assoc CIPD has extensive HR experience starting as an HR Administrator at Tarmac in 2001 before moving on to roles at Honda R&D Europe, Halcrow, CH2M HILL, and tmgroup (UK) ltd. Their responsibilities have included HR coordination, team leadership, performance management, employee relations, talent management, recruitment, cultural and organizational change, and implementing HR policies and strategies.
