Christophe Jameu

Christophe JAMEU possesses extensive experience in the field of construction and property management. At Espacil since December 2021, Christophe serves as Référent Procédures et Méthodes within the Direction Technique du Patrimoine et de la Construction, overseeing significant projects including BIM and diagnostics management. Prior to this role, from June 2006 to December 2021, Christophe worked at CDC Habitat, initially as Responsable Patrimoine managing teams across multiple cities and overseeing operational activities for various accounts, before advancing through roles including Responsable Exploitation and Ingénieur Travaux, with a focus on team management, budget oversight, and project execution. Earlier experience includes working as Ingénieur VRD at METEV, where Christophe managed various infrastructure projects. An alumnus of the Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rennes, Christophe holds a degree in Génie Civil et Urbanisme.
