Taylor Ballou

Taylor Ballou is an accomplished attorney currently serving as a Pro Bono Attorney at Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project, and holds positions at Pershing Square Law Firm, PC and Adamant Law Group. With experience as Startup Counsel at NovusGC and previous law clerk roles at Adamant Law Group and Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project, Taylor has demonstrated a strong commitment to legal service. Early in the career, experience was gained as a legal extern at Weedmaps and through research assistance at USC Gould School of Law, focusing on anti-discrimination scholarship. Prior to entering the legal field, Taylor built a foundation in customer relations and banking at Bank of America, where roles included Treasury Services Consultant and Relationship Banker. Taylor obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California, with additional education in English at the University of California, Berkeley.
