Esa Nokelainen

Esa Nokelainen is an experienced M&A Manager currently working at Esperi Care Oy since November 2022, previously holding the same title at Rantalainen Oy from September 2017 to November 2022. Esa has led numerous M&A projects, managing the entire process from target identification and financial analysis to due diligence coordination, negotiation, and integration. Prior experience includes roles as an M&A Analyst and Accountant, managing a client base and handling all accounting and reporting tasks.
