Michael Francalangia has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as a Regional Sales Manager and previously as a Territory Manager at Esperion since March 2020, where contributions include promoting Nexletol and Nexlizet, significant advancements in hyperlipidemia treatment. Prior to Esperion, Michael held various roles including Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative at Amgen (2014-2020), Regional Sales Executive at Allscripts (2012-2014), Cardiovascular Account Specialist at AstraZeneca (2012), and Therapeutic Specialty Representative at Pfizer (1999-2011).
