Dipanjan Saha

Dipanjan Saha began their work experience in 2016 as an HR Intern at Ginni Filaments Ltd, where they conducted an Employee Satisfaction Survey and actively learned about the Human Resource Department. In 2017, they worked as an HR Trainee at Hughes Systique Corporation, gaining knowledge and experience in IT recruitment. Since 2018, they have been working at Espire Infolabs as a Senior HR Executive, responsible for end-to-end IT recruitment, stakeholder management, vendor management, and campus hiring.

Dipanjan Saha completed their Matriculation at S.T Anthony's School in Darjeeling from 2002 to 2010, with a focus on Business/Commerce. Dipanjan then pursued their Intermediate (10+2) at S.T Mary's School in Calcutta from 2010 to 2012, also specializing in Business/Commerce. Following that, Dipanjan attended the University of Calcutta from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce Honours with a focus on Marketing. Finally, from 2015 to 2017, they attended Jaipuria Institute of Management, where they acquired a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services.
