Ipsita Baruah

Ipsita Baruah has over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and staffing roles. Ipsita currently holds the position of Manager - Talent Acquisition Group at Espire Infolabs, where they are responsible for driving staffing strategy and execution, streamlining processes, and improving competency of the workforce. Prior to this, they worked as Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager in the same department, where they crafted recruitment strategies, implemented staffing policies, and provided consultation to internal stakeholders. Ipsita also has experience as a Senior Executive in talent acquisition at the company. Before joining Espire Infolabs, they worked as a Consultant at Ambition Management Solution Pvt. Ltd., where they handled 360-degree recruitment cycles and built a sizable database of candidates. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Programmer at HCL Infosystems Ltd, where they gained experience in Java/J2EE development and portal administration.

Ipsita Baruah has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Gauhati University. Ipsita also holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
