Karl Cu has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Desktop Support Engineer L2 at Espire Infolabs since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Caspo Inc. for four years as a Senior Technical Support Engineer from June 2019 to June 2023. Before joining Caspo Inc., Karl was a Technical Support Specialist at TP-Link from August 2017 to January 2019.

Karl Cu obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Adamson University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.
