Zacharias Oates

Zacharias Oates is a seasoned Business Development Manager with a diverse background in public sector procurement and business strategy. Currently serving at ESPO since March 2024, Zacharias previously held roles as a Business Development Manager and Outreach Research Supervisor at Via from June 2019 to September 2023. Prior experience includes a consultancy position at GQR Global Markets from August 2018 to April 2019. Zacharias Oates holds a Master of Public Health in Global Public Health and Policy from Queen Mary University of London, obtained between 2020 and 2022, and a Master of Arts in Business Management and Sociology from the University of Aberdeen, completed in 2018.
