Adam Baugh

Adam Baugh has a diverse work experience in the esports industry. Adam is currently working at Esports Engine as a Program Operations Manager, where they manage client communications and ensures client satisfaction. Prior to this, they worked at NYXL as a Marketing and Community Specialist and at Tespa as a Community Coordinator. Adam also has experience in teaching as an Instructor at the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education. In addition, they have held various roles in different organizations such as Blizzard Entertainment, Heaven Media, Rutgers Esports, RWJBarnabas Health, and Ocean Salon Systems. Overall, Adam Baugh has a strong background in esports operations, community management, marketing, teaching, and journalism.

Adam Baugh pursued their education starting in 2013 at Rutgers University, where they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and Sport Studies in 2017. Following this, they enrolled in Rutgers University again in 2017 and obtained a Master of Science degree in Global Sports Business in 2019.
