Rose D. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Technical Lead at AntTech Repair Center until 2016. In 2015, they joined High School Starleague as an Operations Specialist, focusing on financial payments and workflow coordination. In the same year, they also started working at Bento as a Production Manager, overseeing broadcast execution and collaborating with vendors. In 2015, they joined Vantage Homes as a Data Analyst and later transitioned to Esports Engine in 2017, where they initially served as a Project Manager and currently holds the role of Program Manager.

Rose D. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from UC Irvine, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In November 2020, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
