Adriana Carmona has a diverse work experience in the esports industry. Adriana began their career at Major League Gaming in 2016 as a Tournament Operations Specialist, responsible for managing and organizing gaming tournaments. In 2018, they transitioned into a Business Development and Project Manager role, where they worked on creating business strategies and managing client communications.

In 2019, Adriana joined Esports Engine as a Manager of Client Relations, where they were responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients. Adriana later took on the role of Senior Client Relations Manager, demonstrating their growth within the company.

Adriana's expertise expanded further into program operations at Esports Engine. Adriana became a Senior Client Operations Manager, overseeing live event planning and execution, as well as managing external client communications. Adriana then transitioned into a Senior Program Operations Manager role, providing leadership and overseeing program leads.

In their current role at Esports Engine, Adriana serves as the Manager of Program Operations. Adriana manages a group of program leads, providing oversight and feedback to support their professional growth. Adriana also assists in RFP responses, including budget creation and internal team management.
