Jen W. has a diverse range of work experience in the audio engineering field. Starting in 2016, they worked as an Audio Technician at VER, where they gained experience in audio production and operations for large-scale corporate installations. Jen then joined Eighth Day Sound Systems Inc as an Audio Technician in 2018, further building their skills in audio technology.

In 2019, Jen took on the role of FOH Engineer for The Drums, working on a US tour and international shows at large festivals and venues. Jen utilized various equipment brands such as Avid, Midas, Soundcraft, DPA, and Sennheiser.

Throughout 2019, Jen also operated their own company, Neat Freqs LLC, where they served as the owner. This experience allowed their to develop a broader understanding of running a business in the audio industry.

Currently, Jen is employed as a FOH Engineer and MON Audio Programmer at PinkPantheress, where they utilize equipment such as Digico SD12, Avid S6L 32–D, and Waves SG Extreme Server.

Jen W. began their education at Wheeling High School in Wheeling, IL, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 2001. Jen then attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2001 to 2002, focusing on Music Performance with a specialization in Drums and Percussion. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor's Degree at Columbia College Chicago from 2002 to 2007, majoring in Live Sound Reinforcement and English.

In addition to their formal education, Jen W. has also obtained several certifications. In 2017, they completed the Dante Level 1: Course & Exam from Audinate and the L'Acoustics - System Fundamentals training from L-Acoustics. In 2019, they achieved the Dante Level 2: Course & Certification from Audinate and the SSL Live Certification from Solid State Logic. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained the Calrec AoIP Networking 101 - Part 1 and Part 2 certifications from Calrec Audio, as well as the Calrec Brio Training - Setup & Operation certification.
