Gabriela Flores Peregrina has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Gabriela is currently the Chief People Officer at Espressive, where they lead the Human Resources vertical and oversees payroll, onboarding, off-boarding, employee engagement, recognition and rewards programs, benefits and compensation, work permits, compliance, and other employee-related needs. Gabriela was responsible for ensuring full coverage of the plant's headcount and filling job requisitions at all levels. Earlier in their career, Gabriela worked as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist at Muebles America and as an HR Manager at Digital Depot.
Gabriela Flores Peregrina's education history includes a Master of Business Administration with a specialty in Human Talent Direction from Universidad del Valle de México, which they pursued from 2017 to 2019.
