Gabriela Flores Peregrina

Gabriela Flores Peregrina has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Gabriela is currently the Chief People Officer at Espressive, where they lead the Human Resources vertical and oversees payroll, onboarding, off-boarding, employee engagement, recognition and rewards programs, benefits and compensation, work permits, compliance, and other employee-related needs. Prior to this role, Gabriela was a Human Resources Manager at Espressive, where they focused on delivering exceptional employee experiences.

Before joining Espressive, Gabriela worked at Bring IT as a Talent Development Manager and a Human Resources Manager. Bring IT is an end-to-end supply chain and business technology firm. At Wipro Limited, Gabriela served as an IT Talent Acquisition Team Lead, where they coordinated the internal recruiter's team and managed recruitment vendors for critical positions.

Gabriela also gained experience as an HR and Talent Attraction Analyst at GRUPO CUPRUM, a leading aluminum extruder in Latin America. Gabriela was responsible for ensuring full coverage of the plant's headcount and filling job requisitions at all levels. Earlier in their career, Gabriela worked as a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist at Muebles America and as an HR Manager at Digital Depot.

Gabriela Flores Peregrina's education history includes a Master of Business Administration with a specialty in Human Talent Direction from Universidad del Valle de México, which they pursued from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, they completed a C1 English course at Harmon Hall from 2017 to 2018. Prior to this, from 2012 to 2016, they attended Universidad de Guadalajara and obtained a degree in Psychology, specializing in Labor Psychology. In terms of additional certifications, Gabriela obtained the ESET Cybersecurity Awareness Training from ESET in July 2021.
