Ryan Hayes

Ryan Hayes is the Associate General Counsel at Espresso Capital. Prior to Espresso, Ryan practiced law in the banking and financial services group of Osler, Hoskin, and Harcourt LLP, where he advised borrowers and lenders in various industries, including the technology and communications industries. Prior to this, he practiced law in the corporate group of Fogler, Rubinoff LLP. Prior to law school, Ryan worked in BlackBerry’s strategic alliances group.
