Jenni Lapila

Jenni Lapila possesses extensive experience in customer service and hospitality, currently serving as a Barista and Coffee Shop Assistant Manager at Espresso House Group since September 2021. Previous roles include Front Desk Receptionist positions at Kämp Collection Hotels and Lapland Hotels, along with experience as a Travel Guide at Aurinkomatkat and Cabin Crew at Viking Line. Jenni began career in sales as a Sales Representative at Toteemi Oy and held the position of Technical Assistant at Voith Paper Oy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences and a vocational degree in Tourism from Perho Liiketalousopisto Oy, with additional studies at Osaka Gakuin University.
