Rachel Lilley

Rachel Lilley has extensive experience in business management and operational roles, currently serving as Business Change Manager at ESP Utilities Group Ltd since September 2020. Prior positions within the company include Operations Team Leader, Project Leader, and Operations Fulfilment Specialist.
