Stephen Morris is an experienced professional with a strong background in the utilities and infrastructure sectors. Stephen currently holds the position of Water Managing Director at ESP Utilities Group Ltd. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Amutech Limited, where they provided engineering, asset management, and technical advice to clients at the Board level.

Stephen has also held various leadership roles at Last Mile Infrastructure Group, including Managing Director of Asset Management and Chief Operating Officer. Stephen Morris FIET FIAM completed their Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Brighton between 1984 and 1987. Later, from 1993 to 1997, they pursued an MBA from Liverpool Business School.
