Colin Mason-Byers

Colin Mason-Byers has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Colin started their career as a Restaurant General Manager at PizzaExpress in 2001 and later moved on to Starbucks Coffee Company UK, where they worked as a Store Manager and Area Manager. Colin then became a General Manager at Harvester under Mitchells & Butlers, where they focused on launching new concept restaurants and managing change programs.

In 2015, Colin joined Ed's Easy Diner as a General Manager, where they played a crucial role in opening and managing the restaurant chain in the Midlands. Colin also provided central training for the wider business and implemented performance improvement initiatives.

Colin's most recent role was at Esquires Coffee, where they served as the UK Operations Manager and later became the Head of Operations. During their tenure, they were responsible for franchise support and training across the UK, coffee training development for the franchise market, and the opening of new sites. Colin also led projects such as implementing a new EPOS system, designing a new Brunch menu, and providing recruitment and training support to franchisees.

Colin Mason-Byers has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Coventry University.
