Jonathan Barden

Jonathan Barden has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. jonathan started their career as a Process Engineer at Texaco Ltd in 1986, and later worked as a Senior Process Engineer at Lindsey Oil. jonathan then joined BP as an Operations Manager in 1991, where they served for 16 years. In 2007, they became the Coryton Refinery Manager at Petroplus, overseeing multiple legal entities within the organization. From 2012 to 2014, Jonathan worked as a General Manager at Orica before joining Petrotrin as the Vice President Refining in 2014. jonathan served as the General Manager at Duqm Refinery from 2017 to 2019, and most recently, they held the position of Director at Hastings Oil. Currently, Jonathan is the Chief Operating Officer at Essar Oil (UK) Limited.

Jonathan Barden completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London, from 1981 to 1984.
