Owen McElhinney

Owen McElhinney has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Owen'smost recent role was as the Director of Project Contracts at Algoma Steel Inc. starting from May 2023. Prior to that, they were the Regional Director at CCi, a Rimkus Company, from October 2020 to May 2023.

Before joining CCi, Owen worked at Driver Trett as a Director from April 2018 to October 2020. Preceding that, they provided construction claims and contract management services as a Construction Claims and Contracts Specialist/Consultant at Project Resolutions from November 2001 to March 2018.

Owen McElhinney attended the University of Strathclyde from 1978 to 1982, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. In May 1996, they became a Professional Engineer through Professional Engineers Ontario. Most recently, in January 2014, they obtained a certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law.
