Jose Gomez Caris

Jose Gomez Caris has extensive experience in property management and legal administration within the construction and real estate sectors. Currently serving as an Analista de Catastro at Essbio since February 2008, responsibilities include managing the planimetric and legal aspects of Essbio and Nuevo Sur facilities, as well as regularizing easements for water supply and sewage networks. Additionally, roles include overseeing property, easements, and rental management while ensuring proper tax payments as the ADMINISTRADOR DE INMUEBLES, VENTAS Y ARRIENDOS. Jose is also a partner at Ventapiedra EIRL since January 2005 and previously held the position of Encargado de Logistica y Procurador Judicial at Intergrada SPA. Jose holds a Constructor Civil degree from AIEP and has completed various courses related to quality assurance, construction, and real estate appraisal.
