Roxana Ugarte

Roxana Ugarte is a skilled professional with extensive experience in regulatory management and legal affairs. Currently serving as the Head of the Regulatory Management Department at Essbio since May 2022, Roxana has prior experience as a Legal Affairs Specialist at Chilexpress from June 2018 to May 2022 and as a Criminal Researcher at the Cuerpo de Investigaciones Científicas, Penales y Criminalísticas from January 2012 to January 2017. Roxana holds a Magister Scientiarum in Penitentiary and Criminological Sciences from La Universidad del Zulia (2014-2018) and a law degree from La Universidad del Zulia (2005-2010), with additional studies at the Universidad Nacional Experimental de la Seguridad (2011-2013).
