Marion VIDAL is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as COO at Karyon Food since October 2022, Marion is also a founding member of Comète, a business club for women leaders, and holds positions as an investor at Time for the Planet and board member at ESSEC Alumni. Previously, Marion worked in Success Operations at Too Good To Go, where significant process improvements were implemented, and as founder and CEO of Tribe NYC, a venture aimed at combatting loneliness in urban areas. Other notable experiences include a volunteer role at AP-HP during the COVID-19 crisis and strategic positions at SUEZ, Capgemini Consulting, and AccorHotels. Marion holds multiple advanced degrees, including an Advanced Master in Strategy and Management of International Business from ESSEC Business School.
