Jen Davis

Jen Davis is currently the Head of People and Culture at EssenceMediacom Australia. Previously, Jen co-founded Wyse Women, a community providing flexible work opportunities for professional women. With a background in talent acquisition and executive search in the media sector, Jen has experience working with leading media companies and agencies. Jen holds a BA Hons in Media and Cultural Studies from the University of Sunderland.
