Jen Martel has over 18 years of experience in media planning and digital marketing, currently serving as the VP of Media Planning for Universal Pictures at EssenceMediacom since February 2020. Prior experience includes Director of Integrated Marketing at Fullscreen, where Jen managed a team focused on branded influencer content, and Director of Digital Marketing at Sony Pictures Entertainment, overseeing the digital strategy for over 35 shows. Earlier roles include Senior Manager of Strategic Solutions at Yahoo! and various positions at Universal McCann, where Jen developed innovative media plans and managed client relationships. Jen holds a BA in Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
