Paul Smith

Paul Smith is the Global Director of People Experience, Culture & Learning at EssenceMediacom since April 2022. Prior to this role, Paul held positions such as Assistant Director, People & Talent at Trafford Housing Trust, HR Programme Manager at Deloitte, and various HR and talent management roles at Co-op. Paul also worked as a Senior Recruiter at PPD Europe and held a temporary HR Assistant position at nCipher Corporation. Paul started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Cooper Lomaz after completing a 2:1 degree in Business Management from the University of East Anglia.
