John Manichia has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. John began their career as a Cost Analyst at Marley Cooling Tower in 1997. From there, they worked at Sprint Nextel, first as a Financial Analyst, then as a Sr. Financial Analyst and eventually as a Marketing Manager. At Sprint Nextel, they led the development of capital investment projects and managed the budgeting and forecasting process for capital spending.

In 2008, John joined Freightquote.com as a Decision Support Manager, responsible for pricing, profitability analysis, sales performance analysis, and marketing campaigns. John then moved to Amerilink as a Senior Business Consultant, where they designed the service delivery process and logistics models.

In 2011, John worked as a Site Development Manager - Reporting & Analytics at Mobilitie. John then joined LCC as the Director of Program Management - Complex Projects, leading global initiatives to upgrade systems, tools, and pricing processes.

In 2014, John returned to Mobilitie as the Director of Network Strategy, leading the development of sales strategies and closing deals with major clients. In 2015, they founded and launched a hedge fund at Freestate Investments, increasing its assets under management significantly.

From 2017 to 2018, John worked as a Financial Services Consultant, developing an investment approach through extensive research and analysis of financial market data. Finally, their most recent role was Vice President Sales Operations at Essense of Australia, where they had global responsibilities for sales compensation plans, data analytics, CRM systems, and sales reporting.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, operations management, and sales strategy.

John Manichia attended Rockhurst University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. John then pursued further education at Rockhurst University from 1997 to 2000, obtaining a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance.
