Jeff Houston

Jeff Houston has extensive work experience in the engineering and design field, particularly in the cable TV and telecommunications industry. Jeff is currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering, Cable MSO at Essentia, Inc., where they are responsible for designing and building turnkey outdoor and indoor networks. Prior to joining Essentia, Inc., Jeff held various leadership roles at Telecon Design (USA), Inc. from 2017 to 2023, including Vice-President of Engineering and Director. During their time at Telecon Design (USA), Inc., they spearheaded team growth, secured new clients, and achieved revenue growth. Before that, Jeff worked at HFC Solutions LLC and Tritech Solutions Inc as an Owner/Partner, managing multiple projects related to Cable TV MSOs. Jeff also served as the Design Department Manager at TVS Systems Inc and gained experience as a Design/Drafter at the same company. Throughout their career, Jeff has demonstrated their expertise in network design, site surveying, permitting, and construction coordination.

Jeff Houston attended the University of Phoenix from 1998 to 1999, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems. In 2008, they obtained a CCNA certification from Cisco Certified. Prior to this, from 1990 to 1997, they completed pre-Engineering undergraduate courses at the University of Utah.
