Jeremy Hibbert

Jeremy Hibbert serves as the Cyber Workstream Lead at Essential Energy since October 2021, overseeing Cyber and Data Compliance Programs with strategic alignment to business objectives. Prior experience includes leading the establishment of the Program Management Office at Brisbane Catholic Education, managing Cyber Security and Risk Assurance at PwC Australia, and executing key IT projects at News Ltd, MMJV, and SMS Management & Technology. Further roles comprise Head of IT at Msheireb Properties and Laing O'Rourke, where IT strategies were developed to support rapid business growth. Jeremy Hibbert holds an MBA in HR and Project Management from the University of New England and a B.Sc in Genetics and Zoology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
