Jordan Hayes

Jordan Hayes currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at Essential Ingredients, Inc., a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Jordan worked as an HR Manager and Business Partner at RentPath and Booster from February 2021 to January 2022 and from April 2016 to February 2021, respectively. Earlier experience includes various human resource roles at LPL Financial from July 2012 to April 2016 and a business internship at Fulex Logistics LLC in early 2012. Jordan also contributed to InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA from May 2009 to June 2012 as a Volunteer Staff and Student Leader. Educational credentials include a B.A. in Psychology from UC San Diego and completion of altMBA in 2018.
