Rachel James Bakker

Rachel James Bakker is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and international operations within the retail and fashion industries. Currently serving in US Operations at Essentiel Antwerp since August 2023, Rachel previously held the role of Director of Supply Operations at Out&Back Outdoor, Inc. and Operations Manager at Kule LLC. Rachel’s background includes significant responsibilities at CHANEL, where oversight of importing and exporting processes was key, as well as strategic communication with the WorldNet team to ensure compliance with customs procedures. Rachel’s career also encompasses roles at Matt Bernson Design and MiH Jeans, where expertise in inventory management, product shipping, and account management was developed.
