Claire Heath

Claire Heath has extensive experience in leadership roles primarily within Essex Police from January 1989 to October 2019. As the Head of Continuous Improvement, Claire oversaw the establishment of the Continuous Improvement Department, enhancing insight across audit, governance, risk management, and quality of service. In previous roles within the force, Claire improved public engagement strategies and led significant service transformation projects. Claire's early career at C&A included progressive administrative responsibilities culminating in the position of Senior Accounting Administration Manager. Claire's educational background includes completion of the Windsor Leadership Programme in Strategic Leadership and a graduate degree from Leading Greater Essex.
