Samantha Joyce

Samantha Joyce is an experienced professional with a strong background in continuous improvement, change management, and business analysis. Currently serving as the Head of Continuous Improvement at Renaissance Learning since June 2019, Samantha has introduced structured processes and a formal Change function in a growing organization. Prior roles include Senior Change and Transformation Consultant at Northumbria University, where significant transformations in the Admissions department were implemented, and Change and Transformation Consultant at Vocare Group, focusing on enhancing IT processes for an NHS partner.
