Tony Cocca

Tony Cocca currently serves as Senior People Business Partner at Essex Wildlife Trust since February 2022, previously holding the role of HR Manager. Prior to this, Tony Cocca accumulated extensive HR experience at Felsted School from August 2014 to February 2022 as HR Advisor, and prior to that, worked as HR Executive at RDC and HR Assistant at Greenfields Community Housing. Tony Cocca's responsibilities have included managing the full recruitment cycle, overseeing employee life cycle and compliance, handling employee relations, and producing HR reports, among various other HR functions. Tony Cocca holds a BA (Hons) Chartered Management degree with CIM accreditation from Anglia Ruskin University, along with multiple CIPD qualifications.
