Araceli Pi Lozano

Araceli Pi Lozano currently serves as the People Manager at Está Pasando, where responsibilities include managing the full cycle of recruitment processes and enhancing the performance evaluation system to foster a culture of continuous feedback. Previously, at JAKALA Iberia, Araceli held the role of Talent and Culture Specialist, leading the onboarding transformation project and supporting employees during offboarding processes, along with experience as a Talent and Culture Intern contributing to various HR functions. Additionally, Araceli has worked in administrative roles at Santander Spain and gained marketing experience at APAFCV. Araceli holds a Master's degree in International Human Resources Management from IGS-RH and a Master's in Human Resources Management from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Valencia. Musical training in percussion was completed at the José Iturbi Municipal Conservatory of Music.
