Marcello Pignataro

Marcello Pignataro has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Marcello began their career as a Consultant at KPMG in 1996 and later served as a Workshop Chief and Chief of Maintenance at Harsco Corporation. In 2001, they joined Cadbury Adams Costa Rica SA as a Distribution Center Supervisor, where they successfully implemented strategies for improved customer satisfaction and product loss reduction. Marcello then became the Operations Manager at G4S Security Services in 2004, overseeing a team of 1,500+ security officers and managing global customers. In 2016, they founded and served as the Owner/CEO of Mobile Loyalty CR. Marcello's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish GIFRIS Marketing in 2017 as an independent consultant in security, operations, and logistics. At the same time, they joined Establishment Labs and took on multiple roles, including Global Sales Coordinator, Managing Director, and most recently, Operations Director Europe. With their broad range of skills and extensive experience, Marcello has proven himself to be a capable and driven professional in various industries.

Marcello Pignataro's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Universidad Nebrija, which they pursued from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, in 2011, they completed a Middle Management Program at INCAE Business School. Marcello'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, which they obtained from Universidad Fidélitas between 1991 and 1997.

In addition to their formal education, Marcello Pignataro has obtained several certifications. Marcello became a Director de Proyectos (Project Manager) from Ubbiquo Business School in September 2019. In September 2015, they also obtained the Certified Protection Officer (CPO) designation from the International Foundation for Protection Officers (IFPO). Furthermore, Marcello Pignataro obtained a certification titled "El consumo en el 2017" from El Financiero Costa Rica, although the month and year of attainment are not specified.
